This is one of the nerdier things I've done. Right up there with translating rap/hip-hop lyrics into Elizabethan English. Nevertheless...
For grins, I selected, somewhat randomly, 100 reviews from a few Uber-reviewers. I entered these into a database and performed a cluster analysis. The results are displayed in the dendrogram below. I have color-coded the groups as I see them. Basically, individuals within particular groups tend to review individual posts similarly. (For any stat-nerds, like I am, I employed a Phi 4-Point association measure, and considered the between-groups linkages. Neutral reviews counted as positive reviews; missing responses counted as negative. These are potential methodological concerns, but this shit is meaningless anyway. Go stats woo!)
A few observations/notes:
1) Jack McCallum, Thorpe, and Shinebox failed to group strongly with the other users. I suspect this implies that Jack and Thorpe are independent thinkers; Shinebox is probably just weird;
2) I think Newty grouped with Shlongy because, as seems apparent from her reviews, she enjoys licking his reputed gargantuan balls;
3) The Brits and Aussies (or those I believe may be Brits/Aussies) may be aligned against the Seppos in some conspiratorial fashion, or maybe it's the other way around;
4) I made Crystle's name bigger than the rest so she wouldn't complain.
Jesus...and some how I think I have a really decent life. Here ya go:

The funny thing is that my first week here I was commenting about not making lists... It's funny because there is no way I should be on most lists. That being said, I'm enjoying being on yours.

OK, so if it's "typical tastes in posts", meaning individual posts, the "user rankings" database probably wouldn't help much.
Personally, I would count 0s as negative reviews, most people will sort of use 0s as a way to disagree with or criticise a post without appearing aggressive or mean-spirited. Try to do it with more people, too.

You're right Sac. For instance, all of Locksly's ratings matched Shlongy's in the small database. Locksly only reviewed/rated in four of the cases, so if Locksly had posted just, say, two more times and not matched Shlongy, he may well have grouped somewhere else. Cluster methods are very senstive to new data; thus, often, they are meaningless. You can get drastically different results, depending on the method used. I basically played around until I got results that kinda made sense. This is not "scientific."
I'll do this again, and I'll make it more methodologically sound. But I'm going to make the new database over an extended period...a little bit at a time. Anybody who wants in...lemme know. (I'll note the comments below.) Hopefully somebody will remember this in, say, six months.
Also: I switched the orginal Shlongy and Locksly location on the chart (without changing the groups, of course). It just seemed appropriate to have Shlongy on top. Ew...that did not sound good.

I assume that "review similarly" really means "rate similarly"..but that loosely, people in the same cluster tend to have similar tastes in posts. So if ghola, FG & I rate the same post, it's likely that our ratings will be the same.
Am I right? What do I win?

Ghola, Sac, and FG maybe should be their own group. You'll notice that the three are on a different limb than apollo and Method. Or...blame it on the vagueries of (not quite) random sampling.
I use 11.01, but would like 12, as you can do more multivariate analyses, which I could use for work. Eh...whatever.
