Lets clear some things up immediately. There are black people. There are white people. There are yellow and brown people. There are niggers. In MY mind, a nigger can be any one of the previously mentioned color groups. In the case of Michael Richards, it just HAPPENS to refer to black people. In this case, these two "gentlemen" truly are niggers. They are heckling a half-assed stand up comic and he gave them what they deserve. Did he go over the top? Yes. Did they deserve it? Absolutely. Is their demand for a lawsuit completely and utterly ridiculous? Fuck yes. Watching Michael Richards speak what was obviously on his mind out loud, unabashed, unleashed, untamed, and without any regard was a beautiful sight. It was somewhat dispicable at the same time, but beautiful nonetheless. He did what so many of us wish we could do but are scared to do because of political correctness and fear of being sued. This man was set off. Come on, it's obvious to see. Michael Richards has been in show business for a while. He's not new to performing in front of crowds. He wouldn't have just snapped like that unless someone had set him off. It's obvious someone said something to piss him the fuck off. And off he went. Did he temporarily hurt himself simply from the performance? Yes. Will this linger forever and ultimately damn his career? Absolutely not. There's really not much to damn anyway. But there are two things I find to be utterly disgusting about this mess.
1) His Apologies- Not only do his apologies suck in quality, there's too fucking many of them!! He has apologized on two television shows, and on a nationally syndicated radio show hosted by a famous black man whom I'm sure you've all heard of (at least you Americans). He has stated that he wants the "healing" to begin. WHAT???!!! What fucking healing? These are stupid niggers trying to get what they feel is owed to them by some white guy who has more money than they do. They don't want to be healed, they want your money! They want a million-dollar band-aid. Quit apologizing in your monotone unenthusiastic dribble. One HUMAN apology was all that was necessary if you felt it necessary to apologize (and I don't think it was). All he had to say was, "I went over the top, I said some things I probably shouldn't have said and if I offended anyone, I'm truly sorry." THAT'S ALL! None of this healing bullshit. He would have saved a lot of face.
2) The niggers in question- We all know that these two "gentelmen" don't give two shits about being called a nigger. They want money and that's IT. They were doing what they do best by being loud and obnoxious in a theater. I am NOT racist or generalizing. I am speaking on absolute %100 personal experience. BLACK PEOPLE CAN NOT SHUT THE FUCK UP IN A THEATER. It's been scientifically proven. Any large room with a stage/screen that contains more than 50 seats automatically triggers a sensory nerve (only contained in the brains of black people) and creates an unsustainable urge to be fucking annoying. Shut. Up. Already. If Michael Richards pays these men a dime, it will be a slap in the face for all comedians regardless of race, Dave Chapelle will spontaneously combust, Carlos Mencia will automatically turn into a white man, and Jesse Jackson will rule the world.
Let me close by pointing something out. This famous black radio host called for a boycott of Seinfeld Season 7. Because one of the supporting cast members called some black people niggers, he called for a boycott. He wants to punish all of the other cast members, producers, computer techs, and support people who no doubt receive some type of royalties for the DVD purchases because of what Kramer said. Well fuck him. You know what? Season 7, just released last week, has already sold >>%75<< MORE copies than season 6 that was released on the SAME DAY. And %90 more than season 5. Take that nigger.
And a message to all you black people out there who are so "offended" when white people use the word nigger, QUIT USING IT TO REFER TO YOURSELVES FIRST, and then maybe the rest of the world will follow you fucking hypocrites. I don't care if it ends in an "er" or an "a", it all sounds the same. I am not a racist. I use the word to refer to stupid greedy assholes, and because I'm an adult and I can handle that kind of thing. There's nothing more ridiculous than listening to a seasoned newcaster say "He said the 'N' word" like a fucking fourth grader. Not every black person is a nigger. These two, however, are.

I'm not +2ing racism, but I am +2ing the right to both parties free speech. I also believe that if you're going to heckle/ interrupt someones show then expect to get heckled back.
The only reason that this, I personally believe, has made big news is that he is famous and he probably sells. They've made so much money that being sued probably doesn't bother them. The only thing I have serious issues with is the fact that any idiot can sue over anything:

"I Spilt my coffee and it was too hot!" etc etc
I think that the people who are offended by these words are more likely white people so that they can give the appearance of being ethno friendly.
No one should condone racism. I guarentee that both parties said something they regret, however, the news doesn't focus on what the black people said because it's not PC to do that. Then they'd be sued for being racists too, and people would stop buying their papers/ watching shows/ listening etc.

Hey Loki, think what you want about me, but before you call me a racist, do two things for me: find the actual HISTORIC definition of what a "nigger" is. I don't mean it's context, I mean it's actual origin. It's true definition. After you're done doing that, tell me what other word in the english language is both so "horribly offensive" and AT THE SAME TIME is also in the top three list of the words MOST COMMONLY USED by the group that word is intended to offend to refer to each other. I don't care what it's use is. I don't care what it's context is. If the "offended party" wants everyone else to stop using a word, they should also. i simply dont agree with loki. i think that black people come in all shapes and flavors, just as white people. there is a family that lives in the apartment below us that I refer to as "WTF" (short for, White Trash Family), but I certainly am not racist against my own people.
