The reason that a post is removed from the front page is if it's considered to suck ass.
If a post reaches anything below -1 after 10 reviews, it is automatically removed from the front page. CinderBlock didn't remove it - he just gave it a low enough rating to send your post's score below -1 and knock it off the front page. This is also the same reason that THIS post has been removed. If you can get either of them over -1, one can re-appear.
