These results were from a "wallet test" posted at www.wallettest.com. In case you don't want to follow the link, basically, some people stuck 100 wallets each containing about 2 bucks and some change along with various other valuable items, a $50 fake gift certificate, and a clear ID card should those who found the items wish to return them to their rightful owner. These items were placed in front of a hidden surveillance camera to record who would return the items and who would not. Now, I'm not saying their ALL thieves but um... yeah...
Racially Specific Test Results:
Of the 100 people tested -
77 were white and
23 were black:
White People:
Of the 77 white people tested:
79% (61) were honest and returned the wallets.
21% (16) were dishonest and kept the wallets.
Black People:
Of the 23 black people tested:
57% (13) were honest and returned the wallets.
43% (10) were dishonest and kept the wallets.
Summary: Black people tested were over twice as dishonest as the white people tested.
Just in case anyone was wondering... which I'm sure you weren't.

Oh there's no confusion. I never said you were black. That would have been a compliment in your case. And unlike you, I don't assume that all black people think I'm an idiot. Yes, even more ignorant then the satirically-racist comments I've made in previous posts. I certainly think that doing what I've done has been more worthwhile than anything you've ever/will done/do or accomplished in your lifetime. Or perhaps the families and victims my unit assisted during Hurricane Katrina would have been just as well had we not fed/clothed/medically treated them. As far as me getting shot, I've had months of therapy and surgeries to prove to myself that it really happened as much as I'd like to convince myself otherwise. And "knowing full well I didn't need to" Sorry, but I, unlike you, am behind the effort in the Middle East, one hundred percent. Yes, even after getting shot, watching friends die, etc. So please, don't assume my opinion on the matter is anywhere close to being similar to yours. How easy it is for you to sit back and criticize when you've never done a fucking thing for anyone else besides yourself... because to you apparently, EVERYTHING has the same amount of worth and value. I, on the other hand, do not place the same amount of value and worth on everything so no, I'm not high and mighty, just better than you.

There are two kinds of people in the military. People who protect and serve nobly and people like you. Do you know what part of being noble is? Not expecting jack shit for what you do. If you'd gone over seas, served and done your time and not dragged "I got shot I went to war what did your pussy ass do about it" into every losing argument you'd have been a worthy and noble soldier, but instead you come back and you think everyone should respect you simply because you served. Well I would have thought, Sarge, that the military would have tought you better. I would have thought the military would teach you to command rather than demand respect. I don't respect the military because I don't respect war. I don't feel I need to go into that with you so I won't. However, I respect soldiers. I respect anyone who has a passion and follows it sincerely, no matter what that is. (Note: respect doesn't necessarily translate into like).
What I don't respect is someone like you who thinks that what you've done is amazing and that nothing anyone else has done is worth shit. You're right, I didn't get shot. You're right, I didn't go into New Orleans and give homeless people clothes. That does not mean I'm worth less than you. At all. I've done a great many things with my life that I'm quite proud of, but unlike you I have the grace not to drag them into every discussion to try to inflate my self worth.
You think I've never done a thing for anyone besides myself? Fuck. I'm infinitely more selfless than you because you won't hear me brag a damn bit if I do something for someone else. Why? Because doing something you consider to be a duty isn't something you brag about. Ever.

Oh, and if by waste of potential energy, you mean served in Iraq for two tours, was shot three times, and fought tooth and nail to defend my country and eliminate terrorists who threatened my freedom... yeah, then I guess you're right.

a) their sample is not large enough to matter
b) their sample is not even enough to matter
c) their sample is not random, it's in like a mall or something
