I left work early yesterday and was off all day today...but cabin fever is getting to me!!!

Snow. It sucks. We only got about 14 inches where I live in the Springs, but more in every direction of the compass.
I also got off yesterday at noon, and the drive home sucked because visibility was about 30 feet and the blowing snow obscured the lines on the road. I couldn't get out of the driveway today due to 4-5 foot drifts that enclosed my car.
As of 4:45 AM this morning, I25 was still closed from New Mexico to Wyoming.
I want to kill the morons who say, "We really need the moisture." You want moisture?

I miss snow, just a bit. Not enough to keep me out of the pool, but I do miss it a little.
You gots mountains, I gots 84 degree pool water and cold beer for Christmas. Everybody wins.

I am in Loveland, CO. We had about 24" of actual snowfall, but the drifts and walls created by shoveling/plowing makes it 3-4 feet in spots. Tomorrow is forecasted to be 43...freakin heat wave!!! Actually, its in the mid 30's now and does not really feel too cold if you stay out of the wind. The streets will begin to melt and dry but the drifts will be here a while.
Bubba### is in Colorado Springs I believe, where the levels are much lower from the news reports but if he pops in I would love to hear his update.
