This was taken from a photo. Her eyes are curved exactly like that there and the ratios of proportion are the same (she has her head at an angle).

I'm gonna go with Angelina Jolie because of the heavy mascara you gave her, but the drawing is really quite poor. Sorry dude, I'm no Da Vinci but I know something about drawing, and your pencil strokes show you have no fluidity. It seems like you were chipping away at the paper.

It took me like three hours to finish the shading on the upper lip. It's probably the best drawing I've ever done.
