Ganns theory cannot be described or explained... I don't understand it whatsoever, all I know is he predicted the tops and bottoms of major indices worldwide with absolute accuracy over decades.
His stuff is also based on astrology and he predicted the early 1990's gulf war and oil shortage even though he passed away in the 1940's (i think).
And not nostradamus shit either, exact dates and exact locations.
All based on the fact that the world goes in cycles (and more but you'll need to google it)
