Yeah, so I've never posted an attachment before, I don't have photoshop on this PC, and I want my ubertines post to work right. So I'm doing a test. If you don't like it, beer bong my fart.

..or just use an online format converter.. anything I make in MSPaint comes up as a bmp no matter what so I just run it through this http://media-convert.com/

You can try Microsoft paint or do a search for photoediting programs, such as GIMP.
