She looked down feeling numb. The body beneath her was moving slightly with the life-breath still contained in it. When she looked at it, she knew it was wrong, but she couldn't place why. The face seemed normal, two eyes, a nose and a mouth. Hanr and skin and teeth. But there was something else there. There. That flicker. It was wrong somehow, and it offended her in the deepest way she thought possible. She had to stop it before it became infection, living off others, stealing their life.
She glanced around her. It was the perfect place, but for what she didn't know. The perfect place to purify? To kill? To cry, to run, to sit, to do nothing? This place was so right, it seemed wrong to bring... that thing.
She looked at it again, the slow laboured breathing, the broken-ness, the blood, the tears. The legs bent awkwardly. The neck at odd angles. The twitching. The sneaking. The thinking.
The rock she held in her hand came down fast, towards the head, to stop the crying. Only she could cry here, only she knew what it meant. Only she could see the right, and she had to stop the wrong. Again and again she hit down, growling and screaming, squishing it deeper and deeper into the good ground. She had to finish it, eliminate the wrong.
She sat back. Slowly. The rock fell from her hand back to where it belonged. It too, smeared with red as it was, was right here.
She cried. She rejoiced in the feeling, even though it felt like her soul was trying to crush her from within. She knew that feeling all too well, the feeling she had done right, the feeling that she should cleanse herself with the tears. She basked in them, loving them as they hated her. They burned all the way down her cheeks, and she took that, and fed on it, until she could feed no more.
Then she fell. Slowly. Her body lay near all the wrong in the world, but she was untouched. Her soul stopped fighting. The tears stopped burning. She smiled. And then the familiar numbness returned to her, and the feeling of peace fled, seeking saner minds to inhabit. The right was gone. The wrong was gone. It was just She, alone in the world and with the tears hidden inside her. She looked around her. She saw nothing. She felt nothing. She was nothing to the world, and again, after all that she had done, the world was nothing to her.

I liked it. Vague, but not too vague. Reminds me of a friend of mine.

I was upset and just wanted to write something. In my however long off I managed to spend 4 months in America (I love Disneyland) and I have a car now. Yay for me :)
