I'm not sure if you're being facetious or just obtuse. "Memes", although you use the term a little loosely here, are part of what helped move the internet along to become as popular as it is today.
And, define "noobs". Using that word in the context of your review makes you sound uneducated simply because it's too open-ended. "Noobs" at what? Using computers? Using the internet? Frequenting the forum circuit on the internet?
Maybe it would have been more appropriate to say, "Copying and pasting the same redundant jokes that litter the electronic world of the internet is something enjoyed by immature people." That would have made more sense, I think.
