GRUEBERFEST FINAL ROUND

All Hallow's Eve is fast approaching!

As two of our ghouls were unable to post entries, both of the parties who have will face off in a final round. They have come to blows before, and it was a close and bloody battle.

Our fearsome Hornet and our lady of the lake RoadSong will be matched up for one more final fight to see who will ascend to the throne.

**I understand that they have just competed against each other, and if both parties choose to forfeit here and now (both must agree to this if it is going to happen), the title will be awarded to the user with the highest rating when the clock struck midnight tonight (Roads) - I hope this won't happen as it would be nice to see two final stories.

BOTH CONTESTANTS: you must have your final posts up by the end of the day on Friday the 29th. Voting will close 24 hours later, and as the calendar rolls over onto October 31st, the new Gruemaster shall be named.

Happy Writing!

Ducky-this diagram SO ROCKS!

It tickles me that some peeps liked the true story about the Beast of Black Pike.

I am a bit concerned about the ratings on the excellent story Hornet posted. Is it possible that the counting thingy got stuck? It seems to me that the last few +2's did not register.
Perhaps a good idea to calculate the ratings to make sure?

yea I failed miserably. I'm not happy about it. I started and got more than a page into a story more than four times and each time wrote myself into a corner or found that I really didn't like what I'd written. I hate forfieting more than you know and I appologize to silvr and the people watching this contest. whether I could have written anything worthwhile or not forfiets blow.

There are perfectly good answers to those questions, but they'll have
to wait for another night.
