Putting together a blues thing in Em. This is it thus far http://www.ratpackcycles.com/Em_Blues_With_Lead.mp3 I have to add drum fills and tweak the leads a bit, I know, so don't bother telling me. I suck, I know, so don't bother telling me. You can do better, I doubt, so prove it.
Want to play along? Send me what you got at ubermusic.at.ratpackcycles.com
NOTE: Just send the track, not the mix. Unmixing it is a pain and not worth the effort. Also, if you listen to the posted mp3 and you're not an idiot, you'll get where you're supposed to play. If you want to play over the whole thing that's cool; if I like it better than what I have I'll use it.
How to do it: You can get free multitrack recording software at sourceforge.audacity.net if you're not already equipped. Save the mp3 I've linked in a track. Record your stuff in another track and output that track (only, mono or stereo) as a mp3 and email it to me***. If I get enough (any) responses I'll post the final mix and the tracks I receive plus all the individual tracks I did as mp3s so you can do your own mix if you want.
And go. Consider yourself dared, double dog style.
