Hullo fellow uber nerds,

In the spirit of this wonderful APW tradition, and after getting somewhat scolded last week for my lack of "art", I thought I would see what you folks thought of my pastel work.

If you would care to know anything about these particular drawings or about the artist... scoot on over to that "Rate this item" hyperlink and ask away.

Please try not to hit on me Shlongy... and a pre-emptive 'piss off' to JonnyX and that turd JGreening.

Dusk and Goodnight are my faves. The latter tasting like Starry Starry Night which reminds me of guitars which then reminds me of the Civil Rights movement in the 60's which then reminds me of The Bay of Pigs. This whole experience ladders down to a fateful moment when an apeman realized he could pleasure himself using a rock and some leaves.

I'm synesthetic. You should see what happens in my brain when I read certain words.

getting all petulant and cranky with this particular collection of assholes will not go well in getting feedback on your rather lengthy offerings.
--------
and yet, you still do it anyways, Robbi...

---

The only people I am petulant and cranky with on this site is you and your idiot fucking pal JGreening... besides I don't want your feedback. You and your limited participation are both meaningless.

In fact, I am pretty sure you should be smack dab in the middle of some pretty healthy fucking off right about now.

Oh, and Jonny-boy, its probably close to that time in your life where you should consider making peace with the fact that God gave you such a tiny peener... this endless compensation you do by traipsing around these parts being the very bestest asshole you can be is tired.

Besides that cranky fucker Shlongy does it much better than you… and at least he is amusing. You are just boring and dumb.

Hey Rob, do you notice a trend in ALL my rating?

If it's good, and I agree, it gets a positive rating.

If it sucks, and I don't agree, it gets a negative rating.

For christ sakes, I've given ETS his fair share of positive ratings in the past, and even in the recent past.

Don't assume, cock-knocker.

While I enjoy this, does every artist on the planet feel the need to include a fence in their landscapes? It's pretty cliche.

---

Thanks dude...

I think it's simply because a fence is a tremendously dynamic element that attracts light in a very interesting way, is pretty easy to get reasonably correct and still be recognizable for what it is and also I think mostly because it is such a common element in every day life that it offers an immediate buy-in ... a good entry point to start exploring the rest of the piece.

Plus - I likes fences.

Thanks for stoppin' by everyone!

Personally my favorite is good night... I actually have it hanging in mah room. It just makes me happy.

I had an art show once - which was just a phenominal experience - such a cool experience being surrounded by your own art and wandering around the room listening to people and their reactions to what I created. It was in a giant warehouse and I probably had about 50 pieces up on the walls - some of it my very best, while others were just fun or experimenatal.

"untitled" was sold that day to some really interesting lady from Seattle. To be honest tt's the most fun (and rewarding) to give my art to people who absolutely appreciate it... but selling it to someone as excited as she was a very unique and wonderful experience.

I did all of these in 2004.

Dusk - Dark and atmospheric, it has a great three dimensional quality. I love the long scenic panel as well.

Untitled - Also very 3-D, you have some great color choices here.

City Scape - I don't like this one at all.

Wind? - Beautiful and very subtle.

Out The Back, By The Trees - Boring.

Good Night - It's all good but the moon. I have a powerful hatred of that moon.
